On-site Process: What to Expect

What should I expect during a service visit?

Quick overview:

1) Arrival: We call/text when en route and arrive in uniform and a marked van.

2) Diagnosis: We’ll inspect, run tests, and explain findings in plain language.

3) Options: You’ll get 2–3 clear solutions (repair, replace, upgrade), estimated timelines, and costs.

4) Approval & Work: We begin only after you approve. We leave the site clean and walk you through the completed work.

Typical visit length: 30–90 minutes for diagnostics and minor repairs; larger installs vary by project.

How long do installations or repairs take?

Small repairs (toilet/faucet/shower valve) — same-day to a few hours. Water heater/boiler installs or renovation plumbing — 1 day to several days depending on complexity. New construction timelines depend on schedule coordination. We give realistic timelines up front.

Do you provide written estimates and scopes?

Yes. We provide itemized, written estimates and clearly mark what’s included/excluded. For larger projects we offer a detailed scope so you know labor, parts, permits, and timelines.

Fast, safe responses — and what you can do first

Emergencies, Safety & Prep

What should I do in a plumbing or gas emergency?

Immediate steps:

- Gas smell or suspected leak: Evacuate everyone, avoid sparks or open flames, do not use electrical switches, leave the house, call your gas company and then call us immediately.

- Major water leak/flooding: Shut off main water valve, turn off electricity to affected area if safe, move valuables, and call us right away.

- No hot water: Check your breaker and pilot light (if comfortable). If it’s a gas lockout or suspected leak — call us.

We offer priority emergency response; for life-threatening situations call 911 first.

Do you offer warranties or guarantees?

Yes. We stand behind our work with a workmanship guarantee (timeframe specified on your invoice). Manufacturer parts come with their own warranties, and we’ll provide all warranty documentation. If anything we installed fails due to our workmanship, we’ll fix it.
